“I will, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether real, personal or mixed and wheresoever situated or to which I may in any way be entitled at the time of my death to my husband, FRED R. POTTER, to his absolutely.

In the event my husband, FRED R. POTTER, should predecease me or die simultaneously with me, then and in the event I will devise, and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether real, personal or mixed and wheresoever situated or to which I may in any way be entitled at the time of my death to the following five persons: THOMAS WRIGHT, VERNON L. WRIGHT, ALLEN W. POTTER, CASSUANDRA HOLMES and KEVIN WRIGHT to share and share alike equally among the five of them.”
